The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and efficient and she confirmed I could place my order with her. I ordered my item on Tuesday 22nd Aug. and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day. I'm delighted with my purchase.”

“An excellent service throughout. My original item ( a messenger bag) turned out to be a lot bigger than I had expected. I returned it to Lakeland, and received the smaller replacement bag almost by return post, together with a refund of the price difference, and a further amount representing the cost to me of returning the first bag. Overall, I couldn’t have had better service. This company is a pleasure to deal with.”
