“I have recently received my order which was delivered promptly. I ordered my dress when you were offering 15% off. The next day after I ordered the dress, you offered 20% off and now just a few days later you have reduced the price of the dress. This is rather annoying to say the very least!”

“Edited. 😊 I ordered a polar bear face mask, that was unfortunately upside down. I let them know and was offered a new one (the bear was sold out, but chose a nice floral one). As of course face masks can't be returned due to hygiene, I got to keep the polar print as well. The new mask is much better, a different design (pleated) and def prefer it. :) The polar bear I am unpicking and remaking the right side up so I can wear it with my dress (one of my faves to wear). I def recommend their dress to anyone, as they are always a great fit! Wear them lots. 👍”
