“The step ladder was to replace a damaged one at church. On our original order the ladder was out of stock and we were contacted by a helpful member of the sales team and offered an alternative. We were then offered a delivery date to suit our availability to receive the ladder.”

“A fault on a part was dealt with promptly. It was reported at lunchtime on Friday and fixed by 9.30 on Monday morning by a technician who came to my house in Staffordshire. Would certainly recommend this company”
