“dresses are ok not the best quality material. sizes are a bit weird ordered my normal size 8 but looks a bit too big so tried a small size bit the small size did not fit. so have to return some of them.”

Hi Daniela, we're sorry to hear the material of your dresses didn't suit. We use high quality easy care fabric which is 60 degree washable and widely recognised as the best in the industry, but we appreciate customers can sometimes have a preference for other materials. We hope you'll return to La Beeby in future to try some of our other styles.

“Always receive the marketing emails regularly, recently put an order through for a Tunic then received an email the following day to say no longer available really annoying”

“Ordered a black tunic but got an e mail to say there was a mistake and it actually wasn't in stock after I had paid etc.The team did get back to me to offer an alternative or refund. I will order again as the tunics do look lovely but was a little disappointed team was very nice to deal with through.”

“I recently ordered Sophia tunic in colour Teal. Whilst the fit and sizing is accurate,sadly the colour is a much darker shade than represented by the on-line photo. I am keeping them as they were on Sale, and I like a bargain. However, if ordering again I would like to see the colour of fabric swatch to make sure is what I want. Service was quick and easy to use.”

“Will have to contact you on Monday as I received my daughters order for college, I ordered size 6 trousers 28 length and we have received a size 12 for some reason !!! Bit odd as order sheet says 6 ..28 inch”

“I ordered off La Beeby for my college uniform, it took 13 days to come due to their shipping company I spoke to Kay and Valerie in Customer care/Sales who helped me track down my package that went from Dublin back to the Uk and it did not arrive on time meaning I had to go out and buy another uniform for college. I found the customer care/ sale team amazing though at helping me with my order I just feel their shipping company lets them down. I just did not understand how it took nearly 2 weeks to get from the Uk to Dublin and the fact I paid €14 for shipping. My uniform arrived this morning the bottoms where a bit smaller than I expected but I am using that as motivation to lose weight, the top is lovely and comfy though not too tight and not too loose.”

Hi Sekrina, Sorry for the confusion. All of our products are listed individually so if an item is listed as a 'tunic' it will be tunic only. We hope this makes it clearer but please let us know if you have any further queries.

“Good quality, however customer service isn't great I'm still waiting for a reply email 1 week later. I ordered items paid for them, then told they were out of stock . Still waiting for a reply, I think I've been forgotten-not good”
