Hi I purchased long gloves . The quality were great just didn’t match my gown. I went to return but it was 30.00 to ship more than the original glove cost. Should be a place within the states to return items . Donna

The overall service, delivery and communication were good. It's just the attention to detail which left something to be desired. You spelled my surname wrong on the delivery label and indeed on this request for feedback. You also put the necklace the wrong way round in the presentation box so on opening it my wife was presented with just the chain not the lace effect. Bit disappointing!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the item was not correctly presented in the box - I will inform the warehouse of this. I must stress that the surname on your shipping label and review request would be exactly as you had entered into the website at the time you placed the order.

KJ Beckett delivered our order swiftly and in perfect order. Belt ordered was a tad disappointing - a Black/brown reversible Ted Baker belt which cant be reversed without a small screw driver to take off the clasp and change. Not ideal really for the money to be honest.

There was a delay getting the bracelet. In the end the company had to send me a new bracelet, next day delivery. The people I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. Bracelet nice.

Everything online worked smoothly. The website says 5-7 working days for delivery. It took my item closer to 15 days to arrive which had me a bit concerned. However the emails I sent querying the delay were promptly answered.

Many thanks for your feedback. Our sincere apologies your order delivery was later than expected. Regrettably, some international services have experienced delays during the final stages of delivery due to COVID-19 implementations but we are continuing to look into other delivery methods that will be affected less than others.

Item was fantastic, when it arrived. Dispatch took much longer than stated. Communication when queried was slow and not very helpful.

I paid for next day delivery on an item, it did not arrive next day, Friday, neither did it arrive on Saturday. I made numerous calls to them and several emails from Friday through Sunday, no return of either. Evidently they do not operate from Friday pm and over the weekend. However, I received an email first thing Monday morning advising my postage had been refunded and to call, which I did. Most apologetic and had no idea why next day delivery did not take place or on the Saturday. I was asked to wait till the post arrived (at noon for me) and if it didn't arrive they would post out again for next day delivery. Item arrived safely albeit 3 days late. I can only assume that the item was not posted 'next day delivery' a mistake. I would certainly buy from them again, as this could have been human error.

Hi Thankyou for your review. Our offices are closed from 1pm on a Friday until 8am on a Monday which is why you weren’t able to get in contact with ourselves until that time. On receipt of your emails we discovered there had been a problem with our courier delivering with the Next Day Service we offer. This information was relayed to our courier and the problem has now been resolved.
