“Terrible customer service. Information about international shipping is not accurate or complete. Customer service takes days to respond, if they care to respond at all (score 1 out of 3 support requests. Shipping took more than a month.”

Thank you for your feedback. I can see one of your emails was not responded to a you were contacted by the carrier/customs instead of ourselves in relation to the same query. The order was shipped on the 19th Dec but sadly got caught up in the heavy volumes being processed by the carriers over the holiday period / customs queues, I cna see it was delivered on the 13th January. We don't advise the shipping guidelines as being guaranteed unfortunately but we do apologise for the delays caused by the postal strikes in the UK.

“My order was confirmed 14th December and still has not been received on 12th January, nearly one month later. I will keep waiting as the Christmas rush may have held it up. If I do not receive it then it is probable it has been stolen from our letter box. I requested it be left at our front door. Richard Yates 006421 521 267”

“I placed an order 1st Dec Have not received item. I have received email explaining that due to mail strike action my order cannot be tracked. Im awaiting a refund I expected delays in delivery due to holiday pearóid but not for the lost item.”
