“Lovely clock. Looks and sounds beautiful. I misunderstood and expected it to chime the quarters - it does not. Disappointed not to have a guarantee.”

“I ordered some refills for an Acme pen as there does not appear to be any other shops or on-line stores that sell these. The ordering process was easy and I received them within 2 or 3 working days. Excellent service from K J Beckett. S. Lee”

“The product range and value was very good, as was customer service when I enquired about the status of my order. My only complaint was that their was no email acknowledgement of receipt of my order and no email advising that the order had been dispatched.”
