“Thanks, for sending me the right size of the product, that was at first small. There wasn’t a need of any additional cost, which was great, and I loved how the source of communication was played out. Emails, links, etc, were all sent at the right time, with many values of important information! Therefore, the company is great!”

“These are my 2nd pair of these sunglasses I bought my hubby the 1st pair at our local duty free airport my they still looked great after 2 years but got broken , I bought identical style but had to get the slightly darker gunmetal colour, they look fabulous on and would definitely buy this style and design again.....”

Regrettably, some international services have experienced delays during the final stages of delivery due to COVID-19 implementations but we are continuing to look into other delivery methods that will be affected less than others.

“After receiving my order of Beginnings beaded T-bar necklace, I was thoroughly disappointed. It was £100 and looked extremely cheap and clearly wasn't solid silver. I would nt have even paid £5 for it from a market stall! I telephoned to complain and ask for a refund. My call was answered politely and I promptly received a returns label. My refund was given promptly together with an apology that I had been disappointed with my order.”
