“Photo frame not dispatched in timeframe on website and arrived after the Birthday I had ordered it for. I tried to cancel the order and buy elsewhere but email ignored & order finally received 2 days too late. Incredibly disappointed with KJ Beckett.”

Thankyou for your review. On looking at your details I can see your order was despatched within the lead time guidelines given at the time of your order being placed. We did receive two emails from yourself which meant they merged together so not all of your information was seen, however this was responded to within four hours of being received. If you would like to return the item to ourselves for a full refund then this can be arranged. I will private message you also.

“I paid for next day delivery on an item, it did not arrive next day, Friday, neither did it arrive on Saturday. I made numerous calls to them and several emails from Friday through Sunday, no return of either. Evidently they do not operate from Friday pm and over the weekend. However, I received an email first thing Monday morning advising my postage had been refunded and to call, which I did. Most apologetic and had no idea why next day delivery did not take place or on the Saturday. I was asked to wait till the post arrived (at noon for me) and if it didn't arrive they would post out again for next day delivery. Item arrived safely albeit 3 days late. I can only assume that the item was not posted 'next day delivery' a mistake. I would certainly buy from them again, as this could have been human error.”

Hi Thankyou for your review. Our offices are closed from 1pm on a Friday until 8am on a Monday which is why you weren’t able to get in contact with ourselves until that time. On receipt of your emails we discovered there had been a problem with our courier delivering with the Next Day Service we offer. This information was relayed to our courier and the problem has now been resolved.

Many thanks for your review. Your order was shipped on the 18th of October and your estimated delivery time would have been the 25th to the 29thh of October. It seems your order may have been lost but we can contact you privately to see if you would like a replacement shipped out or a refund.

“The clock has lovely large numbers on the "face"; ideal for someone with poor eyesight. Just one suggestion vis a vie the information leaflet and my last comment, is there any chance it could be printed in a slightly larger print.”

“I now own three pairs of their beautiful titanium earrings. Everything arrives well packaged and quickly. I will be buying alotmore from them and have had no problems whatsoever. Have been wearing one pair daily for about a year with no wear or tear showing. Great company.”

“KJ Beckett's website was nicely laid out and very user friendly. I was able to find the item I wanted (nearly impossible to find in the U.S.) quickly, at the lowest price I could find on the net and shipping costs were very reasonable. Will be doing some Christmas shopping here and recommending KJ Beckett's to my friends in the states who enjoy U.K. and European styles.”
