Many thanks for your review. We're terribly sorry to hear you've not received the package and for the inconvenience it has caused. Sadly, packages to New Zealand are experiencing delays due to Auckland covid implementations and flight cancellations but we will contact you privately to discuss your other options.

“I have been purchasing items from KJB for many years now,the quality of the goods is always excellent,but I will say that over the last couple of years the sizes seem to have gone a bit awry that is to say that a item that's x large is the same as a large afew years ago . But having said that the service is still as 1st class as ever,and I WILL be purchasing more items very soon.”

“Extremely helpful! When I ordered the ties and pocket squares for my wedding they were out of stock but I was kept up to date and once dispatched, my order arrived very quickly. Great customer service and certainly would use them again for work ties!”

Thank you for your review. We're terribly sorry to see your order encountered some delays in customs clearance / delivery process. Sadly, it does seem covid implementations are slowing some processes down in Ireland but we will update our advice accordingly.
