I placed an order 1st Dec Have not received item. I have received email explaining that due to mail strike action my order cannot be tracked. Im awaiting a refund I expected delays in delivery due to holiday pearóid but not for the lost item.

Item received after complaining that it hadn’t arrived and requested a refund. My be due to the Royal Mail. We will never know

Thank you for your email. We're terribly sorry to hear your order took a little longer than advised on the website. I can see your order arrived 2 days later than predicted, Royal Mail were striking 2-3 days per week this month causing delays in most facilities unfortunately.

Custom's fee wasn't clearly explained. When I receveid the box I mustang pay 30 € more

Timing is everything. There was no expedited services and it took more than a week to have my items shipped. So not cool.

Item is shipped outside of UK, so to Ireland from NL??, it's a cute trick to avoid taxes and charges for shipping into the EU so ethics???the customer service is very poor there is no interest in you as a customer at all, just a simple 'get lost' response, the information on the web site is ambiguous to say the least - Don't shop here!

Many thanks for your feedback. Our products are shipped from the UK and all follow the correct taxation protocols. We did explain that the logistics service used is a partner of the Dutch Postal services and sometimes consignments destined outside of the UK may sort at their hub in the Netherlands before forwarding to the destination country.

The item I ordered never arrived. It’s still in transit somewhere. However they arranged a speedy full refund as an apology which was appreciated.

Sadly, packages to New Zealand are experiencing delays due to Auckland covid implementations and flight cancellations but we will contact you privately to discuss your other options.

Terrible I ordered for my husband's birthday and arrived a week after the date that supposed to be delivered. Never again.

Thank you for your review. We're terribly sorry to see your order encountered some delays in customs clearance / delivery process. Sadly, it does seem covid implementations are slowing some processes down in Ireland but we will update our advice accordingly.

Thank you for raising this to our attention - I can see the package was delivered on the 12th Aug and is within the advised delivery times. We do have to provide these longer delivery times for orders to Australia due to covid implementations slowing down customs clearance and causing flight cancellations.

My clock came damaged, but given it took so long to deliver, I decided to just keep it. Very disappointed.

So disappointed. This order was predicted to arrive two days before Christmas, it didn't arrive until well into January. When I opened it I discovered the little pendant was so tiny you couldn't see any detail, it's less than the size of a pea. Terrible value for money, huge amount of time to arrive and despite an email saying track your delivery there was no tracking number provided, the link in the email was unresponsive. It was supposed to come by courier but came by Postal service. I will never buy from this shop again and would not recommend it to anyone

Many thanks for your review. I can see your order was placed after the deadline advised for Christmas delivery, the shipping method selected for this order was a standard service. The measurements of this item is provided on the product details page. but we do offer a returns service if the item is unsuitable.

Awful from start to finish. Despite paying for the delivery service, for 5-7 working day delivery. I was waiting 4+ weeks. No correspondence via phone or email what so ever. I chased my parcels several times., and pretty much got fobbed off each time. Eventually enough was enough and I wanted a refund, however they then managed to get me a new parcel sent out in a day - After over four weeks of chasing. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have received this option to post a review when I have not actually received the items I purchased. I have had the payment deducted from my visa. I have had no updates what so ever so would have to rate the current experience as very low. If there is a delay some communication to this effect would be appreciated. I sit and wait and hope something will turn up soon.
