I have received this option to post a review when I have not actually received the items I purchased. I have had the payment deducted from my visa. I have had no updates what so ever so would have to rate the current experience as very low. If there is a delay some communication to this effect would be appreciated. I sit and wait and hope something will turn up soon.

Ordered over a month ago and still have had no updates on the website. I talked to customer support and they said to expect it by Saturday, which it still hasnt turned up. Would not recommend.

Hi Thankyou for your review. Your order was placed on the 11th August and shipped on the 12th August. As per our shipping guidelines, shipping to New Zealand is between 5-7 working days so your order should not have been with you any later than the weekend. We will message you privately to confirm if this has now been received. It may be the order has become lost in the post and we can discuss possible options. Our apologies that is hasn’t been delivered within our recommended guidelines.

Many thanks for your review I can confirm that your order was shipped on the 17th , We were informed by our postal carrier that if an order was shipped up to and including the 17th then you should receive a delivery attempt before Christmas, unfortunately it appears they have experienced delays in meeting this target but we can see that orders have now started to be received. We will contact you via email to discuss further.

Photo frame not dispatched in timeframe on website and arrived after the Birthday I had ordered it for. I tried to cancel the order and buy elsewhere but email ignored & order finally received 2 days too late. Incredibly disappointed with KJ Beckett.

Thankyou for your review. On looking at your details I can see your order was despatched within the lead time guidelines given at the time of your order being placed. We did receive two emails from yourself which meant they merged together so not all of your information was seen, however this was responded to within four hours of being received. If you would like to return the item to ourselves for a full refund then this can be arranged. I will private message you also.

Many thanks for your review. Your order was shipped on the 18th of October and your estimated delivery time would have been the 25th to the 29thh of October. It seems your order may have been lost but we can contact you privately to see if you would like a replacement shipped out or a refund.

I ordered a wallet on December 18th. It is January 22nd, and I still have not received it.

As discussed with yourself, following an error at the Royal Mail sorting centre we have tracked and traced the items journey for you. We have now had confirmation from Royal Mail and USPS that the item is currently under despatch and is due to be with yourself on Tuesday of the coming week. Returned item as packaging and item were of poor quality for the price, this was end of last month, received email saying refund was on way, I have yet to receive it

Initial delivery never received ,duplicate delivery received packaging totally inadequate pendals bent Totally lost interest in completing task item ordered for very very disappointed should have requested refund instead of giving provider a second chance

Terrible company. Wallet for a Christmas present came without box in a ripped scruffy piece of plastic and wallet looked like it must have been the last one on the shelf. When I called to return it there were no grovelling apologies just ok you can send it back. And my postage refund came in the form of a cheque which is annoying and inconvenient. Will never but from again!
