“I received my photo frame but unfortunately it was scratched in a few place. After a phone call a replacement was sent straight out and I received it the next day. Thankyou for dealing with the problem straight away.”

“I purchased a stackers jewellery box from KJ Beckett. I had my order shipped to Australia. Speedy delivery and great communication. Unfortunately, the corner of the jewellery box was damaged on arrival.”

“The product was very good but the delivery was dreadful took a lot more than they said on site. We had no confirmation of the order and no order number. However the person who answered our queries (David) was excellent.”

“I spent a lot of time looking for a good quality fun, stylish rucksack. Lefrik do a big range of colours in their Scout Backpack which were available through KJ Beckett. There was a delay with the delivery, exceeding the delivery times on the website which led to me communicating directly with the company. They were very helpful and communicative with updates, resulting with me receiving the bag. I'm delighted with the quality of the product and with the service I received.”
