Purchased some replacement tracksuits, the website was clear and easy to follow, competitive pricing and delivery times very acceptable with fair charges. 100% use them again

Ordered my training gear on 30th Aug recieved 5th October, said 3 to 6 weeks wen I ordered , communication was very poor , will not use again . Shame I had to give 1 star instead of minus stars

I would give a few minus stars if I could. Never have I had a most unprofessional experience with a company on all fronts: delivery , duration of order , communication, customer service and price. It took months to receive my order and over 20 calls ( some of the advisors were really really rude ) and e mails to finally get a flimsy pair of shorts and T shirt. I have forwarded my feedback to the football organisation as well , I hope they will change suppliers to be honest. I never complain but I would like to to plaster the internet with my feedback on this occasion if I could.

Unfortunately, on the second occasion before our pick teams could inform the customer service team about the further issue on your order, so they could get in touch, you got in contact first. Once our teams chased up your order and relayed the issue you asked for a refund which was duly processed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Great service, really needed a fast turn around for my son’s football jersey. Matthew in customer service pulled out all the stops, kept me informed and delivered on time for the tournament. I think would be good if you offered an official priority service for small orders as I would have paid more and also paid for next day delivery. In the end I didn’t need to. Love that you have people on the end of the phone.

I ordered personalised backpacks for my university netball team and the KITKING team were fantastic! They were quick at replying, created the backpacks exactly how I wanted them, and the backpacks were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

Ordered items on the website all showing as in stock, 13 days later nothing has arrived and I’ve reached out to customer service for an update . Who now say two of the items are not in stock (though one of them is showing as in stock still on the website) and haven’t yet given me a timeline for delivery. Just that they will come out when they do. Despite me asking. Customer service pretty poor, have to fight for an email response. Not impressed at all really.. wouldn’t use them again.

The winter coats for my daughter’s football team have just arrived and they’re fantastic. Order process and delivery was really quick considering it’s the busiest time of year and the great customer service from Sam made sure everything went smoothly.

Sam and everyone at Kitking where amazing from start to finish, I have brought my society fleeces from here before and would highly recommend. I was kept up to date with the order throughout the process. The customisation was really good quality and delivery was quick with the big order! Will definitely be using them again

Terrible service. Bought 14 Nike coats for my team and two where completely different material, maybe I should’ve checked before I had them printed but but didn’t realise I had to check 14 of the same coats to make sure I was the same material and look the same. When questioned them about this product they palm me off saying it was my fault for not checking, The man I spoke to you on the phone was rude and patronising and very unhelpful will never buy from these again. Oh. Also great how I can’t seem to add the pictures to this review

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that two of the jackets have a different coating on the outside compared to the others. This is how the products have arrived from Nike, who produce the garments. In our Terms and Conditions that you read, it states that if there is an issue with the order, you need to let us know within 48 hours of receipt. If this had been followed we would helped as much as possible. Sadly, you've also stated that the coats are now personalised with print work. In our Terms and Conditions that you read, it states personalised items cannot be exchanged / returned. Nike will not send replacement items or provide a refund as they are now personalised. Received my sons kit today after emailing both Lisa and DIna , they both went out of their way to get my sons kit printed and out to me in time for his 1st match and arranged a DPD delivery, fantastic service from both ladies , thank you so much , will be ordering again and would highly recommend both the quality of the kit and the ladies in sales .

Very poor experience after spending hours n hours sourcing training tops found them to be available on this website , the stock items were shown as in stock on the website so I placed my order and paid in good faith ,only to be told that items paid for were in fact out of stock and no longer available and would be refunded upto 14 days later then ,refund issued was the wrong amount ,which I later had to prove via the invoice to be incorrect No excuse or apology issued or anything to remotely acknowledge my inconvenience due to the website error ,I now have to source the remaining items from somewhere else plus delivery fees once more Would not use kit king again due to this very poor customer service and incorrect information advertised on the website I advise people to call up and check before ordering and not to trust what the website says ,I now have to wait for the refund to be able to but further kit for my team

When you placed your order, you ordered over the amount available in our warehouse; this is rare but when it does happen we can usually order additional items in with little disruption. Unfortunately, on this occasion Nike were also out of stock of that specific size of shirt, across the UK and Europe. To try and resolve this issue, our teams contacted you about the issue within 24 hours of you placing your order, providing you with alternative options due to Nike being out of stock. Your request for the unavailable items to be refunded was actioned and due to an administrative error, which we can only apologise for, you were refunded incorrectly but this was rectified on the same day, as you were able to quickly let us know of the mistake. Our shirts (Adidas) have just arrived today (21 Sept 2023) for our latest 5-a-side overseas tour. We used Kitking (for about the 5th-6th time) and I am delighted (as always) with the end-product: 10 shirts in total, including embroided badge and numbers. It took 3 weeks and 6 days from sign-off to arrival. A special word for Joe who, I understand, went the extra mile during production to ensure our shirts got done.
