Ordered items on the website all showing as in stock, 13 days later nothing has arrived and I’ve reached out to customer service for an update .
Who now say two of the items are not in stock (though one of them is showing as in stock still on the website) and haven’t yet given me a timeline for delivery. Just that they will come out when they do. Despite me asking.
Customer service pretty poor, have to fight for an email response. Not impressed at all really.. wouldn’t use them again.
