Our teams are constantly working to be proactive in our communication with customers as you experienced when we initially contacted you about the out of stock item that you bought from our clearance range. Unfortunately, on the second occasion before our pick teams could inform the customer service team about the further issue on your order, so they could get in touch, you got in contact first. Once our teams chased up your order and relayed the issue you asked for a refund which was duly processed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your feedback, without it we can’t keep improving!

“Great service, really needed a fast turn around for my son’s football jersey. Matthew in customer service pulled out all the stops, kept me informed and delivered on time for the tournament. I think would be good if you offered an official priority service for small orders as I would have paid more and also paid for next day delivery. In the end I didn’t need to. Love that you have people on the end of the phone.”

“I ordered personalised backpacks for my university netball team and the KITKING team were fantastic! They were quick at replying, created the backpacks exactly how I wanted them, and the backpacks were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.”

“Sam and everyone at Kitking where amazing from start to finish, I have brought my society fleeces from here before and would highly recommend. “Received my sons kit today after emailing both Lisa and DIna , they both went out of their way to get my sons kit printed and out to me in time for his 1st match and arranged a DPD delivery, fantastic service from both ladies , thank you so much , will be ordering again and would highly recommend both the quality of the kit and the ladies in sales .”

“Our shirts (Adidas) have just arrived today (21 Sept 2023) for our latest 5-a-side overseas tour. We used Kitking (for about the 5th-6th time) and I am delighted (as always) with the end-product: 10 shirts in total, including embroided badge and numbers. It took 3 weeks and 6 days from sign-off to arrival. A special word for Joe who, I understand, went the extra mile during production to ensure our shirts got done.”

“Well, despite the unfortunate issue with the company sending kit king the kit, their amazing fast and respectful service made me feel better through the unfortunate situation. Thankyou to all the stuff for processing my refund so fast, and resolving any issues. I certainly will be using your site again in the future. I had a tight deadline for a bulk order of kits - Sam took me through the options and sensed the urgency of my order.
