2 exact same pairs of Joma socks purchased at same time and 1 was much lighter blue than other pair

Took way too long to arrive sorry but waiting over a month for 4 tops that weren't even printed isn't good ( not supposed to be printed ) .. it did say i think on the booking form up to ten days

I’m sure the kits will be fine but i paid next working day delivery on wednesday and it’s due to arrive monday.

Hi Michael Thank you for your review. Your order was placed late evening of Wednesday 7th September and it was despatched on Friday 9th September. When placing an order online, we offer two delivery services: • 48 hour Royal Mail Service • 24 hour DPD service When selecting next working day delivery it clearly states: “DPD Next Working Day Expresspak: Stated courier shipping times EXCLUDE processing & despatch times from our warehouse. See T&Cs” As per our terms and conditions our processing and despatch times for non personalised, in-stock products can be up to 3 working days. Whilst we endeavour to despatch items from our warehouse as quickly as possible, in our peak season of August and September it can take up to 3 days. Your order was despatched from our warehouse in 2 working days. Unfortunately, as it was sent out on Friday the next working day service did mean that your parcel would be delivered the following Monday. We apologise for any misunderstanding on the service you selected however we do highlight at the checkout (and order confirmation) that any delivery excludes processing and despatch times. Took a very long time to process the order which was very simple two tops Wilton initials on the front. Should not take that long.

Hi Peter Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate your feedback. Having looked into your order we can see that the 2 Adidas items you ordered had a 1-3 week lead time as stated on our website. Additionally you also ordered personalisation to be applied to the garments. As per our terms and conditions, personalisation can take up to 6 weeks, in addition to the product lead time, as it is peak season with all the grassroots sporting clubs ordering pre-season. As per timelines stated in our terms and conditions, your order could have taken up to 8 weeks to deliver, however our teams despatched your order in only 4 weeks! Our teams work very hard to process orders as quickly as possible as has happened in this instance at our peak time of year. I am sorry that you feel that this lead time was too long despite being made aware of lead times at the time you placed your order.
