Ordered items on the website all showing as in stock, 13 days later nothing has arrived and I’ve reached out to customer service for an update . Who now say two of the items are not in stock (though one of them is showing as in stock still on the website) and haven’t yet given me a timeline for delivery. Just that they will come out when they do. Despite me asking. Customer service pretty poor, have to fight for an email response. Not impressed at all really.. wouldn’t use them again.

Terrible service. Bought 14 Nike coats for my team and two where completely different material, maybe I should’ve checked before I had them printed but but didn’t realise I had to check 14 of the same coats to make sure I was the same material and look the same. When questioned them about this product they palm me off saying it was my fault for not checking, The man I spoke to you on the phone was rude and patronising and very unhelpful will never buy from these again. Oh. Also great how I can’t seem to add the pictures to this review

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that two of the jackets have a different coating on the outside compared to the others. This is how the products have arrived from Nike, who produce the garments. In our Terms and Conditions that you read, it states that if there is an issue with the order, you need to let us know within 48 hours of receipt. If this had been followed we would helped as much as possible. Sadly, you've also stated that the coats are now personalised with print work. In our Terms and Conditions that you read, it states personalised items cannot be exchanged / returned. Nike will not send replacement items or provide a refund as they are now personalised. Very poor experience after spending hours n hours sourcing training tops found them to be available on this website , the stock items were shown as in stock on the website so I placed my order and paid in good faith ,only to be told that items paid for were in fact out of stock and no longer available and would be refunded upto 14 days later then ,refund issued was the wrong amount ,which I later had to prove via the invoice to be incorrect No excuse or apology issued or anything to remotely acknowledge my inconvenience due to the website error ,I now have to source the remaining items from somewhere else plus delivery fees once more Would not use kit king again due to this very poor customer service and incorrect information advertised on the website I advise people to call up and check before ordering and not to trust what the website says ,I now have to wait for the refund to be able to but further kit for my team

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review. We apologise for your experience on this occasion. When you placed your order, you ordered over the amount available in our warehouse; this is rare but when it does happen we can usually order additional items in with little disruption. Unfortunately, on this occasion Nike were also out of stock of that specific size of shirt, across the UK and Europe. To try and resolve this issue, our teams contacted you about the issue within 24 hours of you placing your order, providing you with alternative options due to Nike being out of stock. Your request for the unavailable items to be refunded was actioned and due to an administrative error, which we can only apologise for, you were refunded incorrectly but this was rectified on the same day, as you were able to quickly let us know of the mistake. I didn’t like because of There is Two times I have received my order with my actual order the first time I have ordered adult size but I have received wrong size it’s too small for me and than second time again I have ordered with KitKing sponsor ship logo in front and chest a embroidery logo of Leicester Ivanhoe cricket club .but unfortunately I have received a blank without logos. And also I have to add one more thing that it’s really very hard or difficult to order correct sizes on your online website.so please make it easier for buyers .so there for I am not happy or satisfied with your website and services.Thank you

Not good as my order was in May and I’ve only received the item now. Had to make several phone calls and ? You had order it again for me. Not sure if I’ll be taking risk to order anything through anytime soon.

Had to give 1 star but i would have given less. Shocking service from start to end. Cant speak to anybody - have to email, constantly getting errors on quotes and mis-pricing. Printing on our tracksuits was in the wrong place and the embroidered badge was in the wrong colour despite being sent across in the correct colour, poor quality - tracksuit bobbling after 2 weeks, delay after day, missed delivering items and wouldnt compensate in anyway. Cheap - but you get what you pay for. Definitely wouldnt use again.

Placed my order on 15th September with ‘next day’ delivery. However, next day delivery is only from point of dispatch. So if they dispatch in a weeks time then be prepared to wait! It took 11 days for my order to come! Will not order again!

During peak times [August/September] it can take up to 3 working days to process and despatch non-personalised, in stock products from our warehouse. Your order was ready for despatch to DPD order on Friday 9th September, however due to unforeseen circumstances DPD did not come to collect that day and as a result, frustratingly, your order could not be despatched until the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery. If I was aware how long it would take for this item to be dispatched no way would I have ordered.. after chasing up 3 weeks later and still nit received 4 weeks on ( sons birthday tomorrow) I'll most probably be returning once they arrive

Items were listed as all in stock and available. No customisation, yet still a good three weeks before you were able to despatch! may even be a month before i recieve it! Very poor

We understand how frustrating this can be. When your order was placed on the website, it displayed an estimated 1-3 week lead time for those items as we do not hold these items in stock. Awful service, paid for 12 full kits to to then find out they were out of stock! Shouldn’t be able to order items that are OOS. Money was taken from my account and I’m now being made to wait for a refund….shocking!!

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that the items you ordered were not available from Adidas and understand how frustrating this can be. Having looked into your order from the 13th of July, we can see that approximately 30 minutes after you placed the order, a member of our Customer Experience Team reached out to let you know that there was a delay with the shirts and shorts due to Adidas restocking that range. This was not something that we were aware of until after you had placed your order. We did go through our available stock and offer you similar products from a different brand at a lower price, but the order was cancelled instead. With respect to the refund, our T's and C's state a 14 working day time frame for refunds to be processed. Your refund is being processed today within 7 working days of your order cancellation. We understand that on this occasion your experience with us has not been as expected. Whilst we endeavour to provide real time, accurate information at the time of ordering on our website, unfortunately on some rare occasions, where updates have not been provided by the brand, we only discover out of stock information retrospectively. We offer over 100,000 items on our website and cannot stock them all! In the future, if you do wish for us to check stock levels with any particular brand before you order, please reach out to us on 0116 262 7332 or via sales@kitking.co.uk where a member of our team will be able to help you quickly.
