“KIS provided a competive quote promptly which did not contain any hidden costs. There were no broker fees to pay and when an unforeseen problem arose KIS came up with a solution. The bridging loan was arranged in our required timescale.”

“KIS Finance have helped me with their very fast, friendly and approachable service. My particular situation was rather complex and meant that I engaged with KIS for a year and half before finally completing on a bridge loan to remove an existing mortgage that yet again was rather complex to exit away from. My direct broker was on the case with my new lender at every possible juncture towards the end ensuring that no mishaps would hold things up to meet a deadline legally.
