“What an excellent, helpful and quick service! The site was very easy to navigate, the quality of the garments is very good and the price is good value. The on-line chat service was very helpful too. A couple of the items had to be sent back for exchange and the 'Returns Procedure' was straightforward, efficient and easy to follow and I received the exchanged items by return. Such an excellent service! Very impressed, will buy from you again and will definitely recommend. Thank you.”

“Website was straightforward, Trews were despatched immediately. I had optimistically ordered too small a size, the website was clear that the quickest route was to order a new pair and separately get a refund by sending the first set back. Second set arrived in 2 days. All in all, great service”

“I must emphasise the exceptional service I received from Samantha, first on quick chat and then on the telephone. I ordered the Budget Casual Kilt Outfit and Samantha ensured that I ordered the correct sizes in each individual item, her knowledge was invaluable as left to my own devices I would have got a couple of items wrong. Less than 24 hours from making the original enquiry I actually had the parcel delivered, outstanding service. Everything fitted my husband perfectly and looks superb. Do not be put off by the name 'Budget', this outfit is anything but, the quality is certainly on a par with the more expensive items that are available elsewhere. Hubby was actually born in Bannockburn but has never owned his own kilt regalia, but now that we have discovered 'Buyanykilt' I am certain he will soon be purchasing many more items, as will friends that have also been impressed with the quality of the kilt. Congratulations to all of the team for providing exceptional service throughout.”

“Whilst I cannot fault the delivery times, unfortunately the wrong size was delivered. I ordered L/XL and was sent S/M. As I needed it for the next day I did not have time to return and replace. Sizes should be double checked before posting out.”

“I ordered a kilt on a Wednesday and it arrived in Perth, Western Australia, the following Sunday. The kilt retails at 44 pounds and the quality is excellent. Plus, the saving on VAT paid for the postage. Excellent. Andrew”

“Due to incorrect information given the product arrived too late and I had to travel to London to purchase direct to ensure that I had it on time. Nobody could help me when I phones as they were all at a Team Meeting. I await a refund. A most peculiar way to do business I shall avoid you in the future.”

Hi Kessick, I am so sorry that there was such a problem with your order. I'm afraid our couriers only delivery Monday to Friday so when your order was dispatched on the Friday delivery was not due until Monday. To ensure Saturday delivery I'm afraid you have to choose Royal Mail Special Delivery at the check out. We think that its really important to set time a side time each week to catch up with the rest of the team, it keeps us all up to date with the rest of the company and we think it really helps improve our service. I am so sorry that it was at this time you tried to give us a call. As soon as the meeting was over I know Rachel stayed back after hours to get in touch. I am glad she was able to explain the situation and give you our returns details. The order arrived back with us on the 14th of January and it was refunded in full the same day. Again I am so sorry that you have been so unimpressed with the service you have received, I do hope you give us a second try in the future. If there is anything at all I can help with please don't hesitate to get in touch ~ Sam
