“Delivery quotation was misleading and the actual arrival was 2 weeks later. Sizing information was misleading leading to product being too small. Offer information - regarding belt was misleading leading to the wrong item being ordered. Follow up service was concerned and adequate, as was refund process. Better to say no to an order than over promise and fail.”

Hi Simon, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I feel you've left us very reasonable comments. I understand there was n incredible delay in your trews coming in the post. We worked quickly to have the trews completed ahead of our usual schedule and it's a shame the slow post let us down. There are of course other shipping methods that can be selected at checkout. Hi Robert, I am so sorry I couldn't be more help with your trews. They are sized differently to regular trousers just because they sit up so much higher and unfortunately round the fullest part of your tummy, the the measurement is usually a bit higher. Hopefully you will have a little luck with your local tailor and she will will be able to help. I have emailed you over our returns details though just in case you need to return these for a refund instead. Thanks so very much for your kind feedback! “I am impressed with the quality of the budget kilt. I expected less, but am extremely pleased with the details. The stitching was very good and precisely positioned. The straps could be of a better quality, but this is not a major issue. It was not entirely clear how to measure for the sizing and hence I had to order a smaller size for a better fit, but that also was not a major issue. I was saddened that more detail was not provided for returning from the USA (when return is free for UK patrons), but I can deal with that. Finally, shipping times were exceptional and I am very pleased with that.”

“Your website is great. I needed ideas for a Scottish themed party and your site was extremely informative, authentic and traditional. You are also reasonably priced with extremely good quality produces. Delivery was on time so well done as it was the Christmas period. We now want to visit your store on our next trip to Edinburgh! “2 weeks to get here. Not bad for going to an Army overseas address (yup, Scotland to USA and further on overseas again). Thanks to the sizing guide it fits well. I would have NEVER EVER thought about buying anything in size "S" for myself (I normally buy in “L”) but it fits perfectly and is extremely well made for the money (US$100).”
