“Delivery was late because of a back order. Once I contacted the company asking where the order was, they shipped it in 2 days. Loved the kilt. My grandson wants to wear it all the time and it looks great on him. It is a very well-made garment!”

“Very happy with my kit! Kilt is awesome. Only advise I'd give to fellow American's .. go small on the shoes. I ordered (and received) size 7 ... should have gone with a size 6. My bad :). If you're looking for a bespoke kilt assembly, this is the palce to go! Very Happy!”

“This is a classic look and delivers an instant sartorial impact on others for the wearer. I decided on the luxury version of the jacket and vest as I think it was worth spending the money on an item like this to get the extra quality, after all it's not something you buy every day. The fit is perfect and it looks and feels well put together so I am really looking forward to wearing it on some special occasions I've got coming up.”

“Excellent customer service kept me updated all the way through. The handmade kilt is an excellent fit thanks to customer services who contacted me and asked me to measure again as the measurements didn't look right. Thank god they did or it would have been far too long.”

“I ordered a jacket which was delivered on the following day. Quality excellent for the price. I normally wear a M&S size 46 chest but ordered a 48 which fits very well. I will not hesitate to use this company again.”

“The items i ordered were not in stock and i had to wait to get my order, Buyakilt contacted me immediately to inform me of the delay and gave me the option of either cancelling my order, receiving the item they did have in stock or waiting for the who order to be delivered when the all items were in store. I pumped for the latter option, as these are Christmas gifts, now that my order has arrived I'm very happy with the products and the service, the fact that Byakilt kept me in the picture, were apologetic and the fact that i was not in a hurry made it worthwhile. I've used Byakilt in the past and will do so again in the future.”

“We were very happy with the kilt & accessories which were a gift to our son on his 40th. birthday. He was delighted with the gift & insisted on wearing the regalia home from our house. Our only concern was the delivery company here in Australia. We were on holidays when the package arrived but we had written a signed authorization for my brother in law, John, to collect the garments on on our behalf. Upon receiving a note in our letter box from the carrier he rang them & said he would collect the goods from their depot & produce his authority & proof of his identity. The courier would not accept that arrangement & threatened to return the goods to Scotland. They reluctantly agreed to hold the parcel for a week until we returned but caused both John & ourselves unnecessary anxiety. Surely there must be a better way to cover this situation.Otherwise the service was most satisfactory. Will recommend.”
