“I bought a Sporran. The photo and description did not include the chain belt, so I ordered them separately. Both arrived in good time, but I was disappointed to discover that I had unnecessarily purchased a chain belt, as the Sporran came equipped with one. My recommendation would be to include the chain belt either in the photo or in the written description of the item, so hapless customers like me don't end up ordering something that is already included. Also, there was nothing in the description of the flashes to suggest that they came with the elastic hose garters. I had to write and ask where to get those. I was informed that they came with the flashes. You could save yourself a lot of time wasted responding to emails like mine if you included the elastic garters in the photos or descriptions of the flashes. In fact, I would argue that you are not selling "flashes with garters," but you are selling "garters with flashes." The garters are actually utilitarian items that actually do something – hold your hose up. The flashes just look fancy and do nothing.”

“Service was fast and the order was complete. I am very happy with the quality of the kilt, belt, sporran, hose, belt buckle, flashes and kilt pin. My grandson requested a kilt for Christmas and he will very excited when he sees all the outfit. My surname is McReynolds.”

“After visiting Scotland I came home and ordered a kilt outfit, everything was better than expected. Shipping was faster than ordering from with in the US. There was an issue with part of my order and they took care of it immediately. I can say that the items and the customer service are both first rate. I will definitely be coming back here if i need any more kilt related items. I hope to have a excuse to come back to Scotland and shop locally.”

“I was browsing on line and immediately a live chat box opened....I then realised that I needed to ask a question...which was promptly and satisfactorily answered which was the deal clincher for me so ordered straight away. quick email confirmation of my order and product delivered within 48 hrs. Perfect...excellent service. 1 minor thing...didnt realise the price shown next to the product didn't include a tax.”

“I live in Abu Dhabi and couldn't source a kilt outfit anywhere. With only three days untill the event I had kind of given up hope. I found buyakilt online and phoned them in a last ditch effort, not expecting they could help me in time, or if they could, it would cost the earth. The website showed me how to take each measurement and the lady at the end of the phone was excellent and stepped me through the measurements and all the options I wanted. To my surprise, I recieved a complete outfit in 2 days!! The outfit was good quality, well packed and contained everything down to brogue shoes, flashes, pin...everything and all this cost me less than 380 GBP incl delivery. It would cost me that to hire on in the UK! Many thanks to the lady that answered the phone and would recommend to anyone. Slange”
