“Order arrived promptly. Had an issue and had to make a return. The customer service was perfect and the return was effortless. They even mailed the replacement item before receiving the returned item, so I didn’t have to wait to get my new item.”

“Very happy with Jacobite shirt. Good quality for a reasonable price. When received, I noticed a mark on the sleeve. Emailed and received a replacement very promptly and free returns for unsatisfactory product. No nonsense of having to pay to reorder or waiting until the returned item was received.”

Hello there Peter So sorry you've felt you've had a bad experience this is not how we want our customers to feel. I'm a little confused about your comments as we have replied to both your emails and explained that we cannot offer exchanges outside of the UK though you're welcome to order again from the website, and also let you know that we would be refunding you. “Excellent site that is fairly straight forward in navigation and use. Easy check out process. All products received were as expected with the exception of one item. The Kilt Pin arrived with glue and blemishes on the item, of which most was able to be removed and restored to acceptable presentation.”

“I bought a few of the recycled wool blankets and they are great. They are warm, soft but durable and the patterns are lovely. I also bought a kilt and it was amazing. Great fit. Great quality. It was all shipped very quickly to me in Australia also. I had the products in just a few days.”

“Fantastic product, bought two kilts for my 5yo twin boys and they are well made and look great. Ordered here after returning a set to another merchant who sells them for half the price, but also definitely less than half the quality and fit. Free delivery came within 3 days, could t be happier. Thanks!”

“Very happy with the quality of belt buckle and kilt pin. Good communication from the Kilt Society. Had ordered clan items so these do take around 2-3 weeks so order in plenty of time. The only thing I would say is I would have liked if items had come in their own gift box, as looks better when they are for a gift.”

“Hello, I still haven't received my parcel. Order KS-69942 I contacted "la poste" which is the french delivery and they don't know where it is. I put a claim on their service and they are investigating! I will receive an answer within 7days. However, as my need for the sporran is the 14th of September, and as I'm not confident on the" la poste after sale service", could you tell me what my other options are? Thank you Margaux & Geoffrey”
