“Bought a serpent imitation Sgian Dubh and it was in very, very good quality! When you hold it in your hand it feels heavy like a real knife and it fit perfectly on your leg! Kilt Society is all about quality, thank you!”

“Happy with the product (tie) but having ordered on the 1st of October I didn't get the product until the 12th, delivery was advertised as 2-3 working days.”

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to review Kilt Society and the 5 star rating. I was glad to hear that you were happy with your tie when you received it. I can see that at the time you ordered your tie was one of our special order ties that comes with a lead time of 5-6 weeks this is advertised on the product page as well as again at checkout. It seems we had one come into stock sooner than expected so it was great to be able to get this sent out to you earlier. I hope this helps clear things up for you. Maya

“Well its my first time buying a kilt and to put one on, I found it heavier than I thought it would be and a wee bit too long as it needs to be half way on the knee area, pleats are well done, and kilt straps which attach to the buckles could have been of a thicker and better quality, "sorry about that". Delivery good and in time.”

Our Essential range are premade and the length is set to a standard 24" - although this may not work for everyone, we do offer custom kilts that can be made specifically to your measurements. We do offer returns and exchange if that was something you were looking for please get in touch. Maya

“This is the only place I could find charcoal kilt hose in the right size for my 17-month old. He hasn’t worn them yet, but we tried them on and they look great and seem like great quality! Kilt Society kept us informed every step of the way, and we’re very responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend!”
