“Happy to give these as gifts, however, buying on line youare unable to feel thickness so in future I think I would store shop”

We unfortunately do not have a physical shop just yet but because you can't feel the items before you buy we offer free returns or exchanges with in the UK. Hi Brian, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I hope it wasn't too long in reaching you. I see you had purchased the economy shipping which is Royal Mail 48 which is usually 48 hours for your address. I'm not sure when you did receive this but should have been 1st October. We can always ship by courier if you need things in a rush. ~Rach

“pleats were a little out of line so have had the pleats repressed and sewn at the crease.”

We can exchange the waistcoat with no problem at all, we do suggest on the website that you should select one size larger than your regular size. We do find this makes for a more comfortable fit. “Ordered Harris Kilt hose approximately 4 weeks ago. Email notification that they were shipped about 10 days ago--- not yet arrived. Christmas rush may have some bearing on the time line. Our son has always raved about your exceptionally fast shipping/ Jan”

“Quick delivery and reasonably good quality for the money. Would have liked a better selection of tartans for women's mini kilts, there being only two on offer, but understand that these are more fashion accessories than actual kilts!”

Hi Anne, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with our time scales. Our mills and tailors close for 2 weeks each summer which unfortunately adds this time to production. We were still able to send our orders to meet the estimated dispatch times given on our website. I hope you're pleased with the final product. ~Rach
