“This was the first time buying a kilt and jacket. Very impressed with the service and the quality of both the hand made and ready to wear kilts and the jacket is amazing. The team were very helpful with resolving a couple of issues around the fact that it was my first kilt and couldn't have been easier to deal with. Thank you”

“Goods were delivered on time and were of very good quality. I do Need to send one itme back as the size I requested was wrong, this was my error and I will Report further Feedback on the return and replacememnt process. I would definatley recommend this supplier. Regards Robert”

“Ordered the Harris kilt hose in Tartan Red and Bison because they don't have those colors in the Glenbeg hose. They fit great and the colors are wonderful and ture to what is shown on the website. For guys with big legs these are great, I will definitely be ordering more.”

“The first pair of trews I received, although supposed to be the same size as all my normal trousers were too tight. Accordingly I ordered the next size larger and I am now very pleased with them. Perhaps your manufacturer works to a different standard sizing scale. As recommended I have now returned the original order for a refund, thank you.”

Hi Ron, We are so pleased that the new set of trews you have ordered are a better fit. Trews are not sized in the same way as normal trousers, as they sit so much higher on the waist the measurement for this is usually larger than what you might wear in trousers or jeans. The best thing to do to is measure around the fullest part of your tummy (about bely button height) as this is where the trews will sit. ~ Sam

“All arrived in Miri, Sarawak via FedEx, no hiccups on delivery. Quality is good, although trews are somewhat baggy for my taste. Will probably take them to my local Chinese tailor for a wee bit adjustment I.e. I am a 30 ins waist Short, but only regular size was available, which is always an issue for me. No problem, will get them adjusted locally. Thank you.”

“Although I ordered the heavy weight tartan I was a bit surprised when it arrived and appeared to be lightweight, in fact lighter than a kilt I already own and which cost a fraction of the price.”

Hi Les, Thanks very much for your feedback, I do hope you are happy with the quality of your kilt. I have double checked with our kiltmaker for you and I can confirm the cloth used for your kilt was the 16oz Murray of Atholl Modern. I notice you have ordered one of our 5 yard kilts, if your original kilt is an 8 yard this may be why your new kilt feels a little lighter. “Prince Charlie Jacket came up on the small side, tight shoulders and short arms so went up a size and long on arms and that was perfect. The returns process was fantastic, pre-printed pre-paid label from the website, was in a rush so bought the replacement and got a refund for the return - replacement arrived next day, my return also arrived and refunded next day even though postage was a 48hr label. Great products and service.”
