“Happy enough with kilt pin received however I did order a gift box too which did not arrive. I telephoned and was told that one would be posted that day. That was about six days ago and still no gift box??????”

Hi Kathleen, Sorry to have missed the box. This is a flaw with our order management system. The kilt pin box has now been ordered and should leave me on Wednesday ~Rach

“Good quality product and excellent service. Items were as described and arrived quickly. I had a couple of order related issues. The first was totally of my making as I accidentally ordered duplicate items. The second involved receipt of a wrongly shipped item. Both issues were very efficiently resolved by the customer service agent I spoke to who was extremely helpful.”
