“We bought the 200 on first night had light rain to find our chairs etc had all got wet, so not a great start. Told to return it were they said they needed to do tests. Three weeks later we still waiting for a replacement. Just glad it was only light right and not heavy. We have had to do all the corresponding and pushing for a replacement.”
“I subscribe to get a notification of when the item I bought was in stock. No notification was sent or received. I only found it was available when I did a search.
They said They would get send details of delivery, received this from the company delivering & not kayam.
Tracked delivery was good & delivered fairly promptly.”

“TNT is a dreadful organisation to use for deliveries.....earlier delivery using the post office much better.
Firstly the web page is not easy to find using the email sent, in order to change delivery details.
Second they did not leave it with a neighbour but returned it to the depot some 15 miles away.....there was no local collection point
Third they could not say when between 9am and 6pm they would deliver”
“I needed Khyam joints for my awning. Two different types and they only supply one!! I thought this was very odd considering my awning is a Khyam one and joints do get broken from time to time! If they don't supply them, who does? I don't know. My local dealer says to go to Khyam. I cannot use the awning without them.”
“Ordering was excellent , delivery not so good, courier went to number 5 but no one home so went to number 6 who then delivered to number 5 in the evening when home from work, number 5 delivered to a very clear number 4 on the parcel,”
“The instructions for packing the tent away are not clear. I have watched videos on You Tube, but they are for Motordomes without the sleeper extension. I have also read the instructions a number of times, but the illustration jumps from the poles pulled together in the centre to the awning laid neatly on the ground. I have not been able to replicate that and the awning is lying in a heap in my porch as I couldn't get it in the bag! A video showing the awning being packed away would be very helpful.”
