I am still awaiting delivery of my purchase despite chasing Khyam direct for a response. I was told that the item had been dispatched and would be with me the following day - this is not the case. No communication from Khyam since nor any courier communication since - NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

All round very poor. I wanted a set of sleeping bags but only 1 of 3 in stock, used the email when in with no response, called the number advertised to be told it was the wrong number and was given the warehouse number who would not talk to me as it was not their role to. Eventually ordered 1 bag, was emailed it was dispatched and delivery in 3 days. Next I got a sorry not in stock mail and will refund you. Eventually got a refund. Products are good if you can get it.

The baffle is a great idea. It just doesn't work. It is not big enough to fit a t5, the website image is a con and deliberately obscures the view. And it deflated overnight! Sending it back was not easy and I still haven't had a refund. Do not buy this product, just buy a cheap lilo and bend it!

When I received a faulty baffle from Khyam. I made several phone calls to their customer services department and was promised call backs on 3 occasions, they did not call. I emailed them and made more calls and was finally advised they would arrange collection of the faulty product - they failed to do so after 2 weeks. Several phone calls later from me and they finally collected the baffle. I heard nothing again for a week and had to phone them myself, I was then told they had a problem with baffle and could not replace it due to "problems" and would arrange a refund. Guess what..... its been over a week and I'm still waiting for my money back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM KHYAM AGAIN - their customer service is non existent. A shocking way to run a business.

I still have not had any correspondence I regards to my order apart from to say they have received it, I have not had one to say it has even been dispatched I still haven't received it.

Terrible. Only one use and cannot use it again. Not sufficient instructions, equipment or standard. The windbreak was not up to job.

On line says In stock an takes payment but not true and did not inform me so I sat waiting for something that wasn't coming !!!!

Groundsheet was not required ,Somerset camping agreed to credit on return, never credited ,contacted the company but still waiting a year later for a credit, very poor company,would never use again and would tell people also not to buy from them.
