A lot of confusion I was told my trainers had been dispatched on 3 different days. I paid for express delivery but they took a week. After chasing it up I was given the wrong DPD tracking number and told I would be refunded for the shipping but that never happened. Trainer wise they are very nice and my daughter really likes them its just a shame all the stress trying to sort everything out.
I don’t want to add any photos of emails/ social media messages but I just feel it needs tidying up with online sales as I’ve heard the in store service is brilliant.
