“On the day of my first re-visit (as a previous client of Anne Veck Hair), the team were short staffed, and there were technical issues getting set up for the day. My 'cut only' appointment started late, and the next client was already waiting beside me. Although my stylist did everything possible to make me feel comfortable, the appointment felt rushed and I left feeling stressed, without having had proper time to introduce myself and discuss my haircut. I would like to revisit, next time in a calmer setting.”

“I don't have enough words to describe how amazing Kelly and her whole team are!! I used to dread going to the hairdresser because I would always leave with a diminished sense of self confidence, but I am happy to say that I now feel the complete opposite when I leave Kelly's salon. I feel so safe in Kelly's magic hands- she always does an incredible job (silkiest and straightest blowdries ever!) and has really transformed my sense of self-confidence when it comes to my hair. I wish I could come back every week :) . Everyone on the team is so lovely and talented but of course I have to give special thanks to my superstar stylist Kelly and Emilia (her very glamorous assistant!). I always enjoy our chats and really can't thank you enough. I would recommend you to everyone xx”

“I’ve been getting my hair cut by Kelly for the last few years and she is always super friendly, knowledgeable and I always come out happy. With wavy curly hair I’ve struggled to find hairdresser who knows how to cut it and a style to suit. I’m so pleased I found Kelly!”

“Melissa is a great stylist and always does a good cut and is very easy to be with for the period of the appointment. I was impressed but not surprised by her support for an aspiring stylist on the first day of her apprenticeship. Very calm, positive and supportive.”

“Kelly's Hair Oxford is a busy buzzy salon in the heart of St Clements Oxford. My typical experience is: a thoughtful consultation about what I want done, a very thorough wash and head massage, and an excellent cut and blow dry. If you want something different they will take you there. If you simply want a 'wash, cut dry, repeat' that is done consistently well. This is my hair after the first home wash and style three days after a cut by Kelly. I love it.”

“Great service! I have been there multiple times, last time I had my hair dyed and cut by Claire who was amazing. She gave really helpful advice during the consultation already, and the color+cut is exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend her! :-)”

“It's a friendly and cosy salon! Claire gave helpful advice on hair care and hair styling. It's my first visit to a hairdresser since my hair's grown back. I'd lost my hair due to chemotherapy. So I was very anxious and excited! Claire trimmed and dyed my hair carefully and patiently. I like my hair very much!”

“Not sure that I gave enough direction for this hair cut. Top layers came out a bit short. The lower layers were really thinned out so it feels bulky on top but may be ok when it grows out. I look a bit like my Mum which is not what I was hoping for. Mostly happy with my hair cuts at the salon though.”
