“My online booking wasn't on the system despite me having a confirmation email. They managed to fit me in an hour later and the service was up to the usual high standard!”

“After frequently visiting the Oxford salon and being very pleased with the service received, when I moved to Bicester I had no doubt in using the Bicester Anne Veck as my hairdresser. However this was a big mistake to assume they were similar standards, I felt very disappointed, my hair appointment only lasted 15 minutes and I then when to a different hair salon a week later to get my hair cut how I wanted and even they told me it was a bad cut. I'm glad I didn't opt to have my colour there too! I won't be visiting Anne Veck Bicester again!”

“I booked Anne Veck to cut my hair a week a go, I turn up at the salon and sat down waiting for her to do my hair , another stylist came over to say that Anne was not in and she would cut my hair , I did phone up ahour before the appointment and explain that I had appointment with Anne that day and how much would it be, the lady did not say she was not in that day or that they tryed to call me ether, which is what the styled said that they did call., I check and there was messages or missed calls, I was told to came back the next day!!! I won't be going back, I don't care how good a hairdresser she is, very bad manners not to call!!! The salon itself is very run down it does need a restyle. I what not recommend.”

The Bicester salon was redecorated 18 months ago and will be due for a refurbishment in a year or two's time. I do hope you will be with us then! “Always a pleasant experience, the receptionist was able to take mine and my son's jacket as it had been raining and offered me a drink. I was later seen by my hair dresser Maria who is always pleasant and very helpful. Maria even offered my son some water when he said he felt unwell. Neither Maria or the other staff were bothered by my son's presence and assured me it was ok for him to sit in the chair next to me. Would definitely recommend their professionalism and friendliness.”

“Hello Anne Revlonissima - Morgan's customer I tried the new tint product last week. I am a matrix aficionado. Originally went to you because you used the Matrix Products which have always suited my hair and scalp (sensitive with some products). The new product Revlonissma (see Morgan) has been fine on my scalp with no itching. However the texture of my hair seems much more course after the tint quite dry, not like the Matrix tint which was always lovely and smooth even after several washes post tint. I am monitoring the colour to check its lasting qualities. We did not use a base colour this time so perhaps we might strengthen the colour next time. We shall see in a few weeks time. I am very happy with Morgan and the Staff at Oxford Branch. Best regards Pat Elliott”

“Been in Bicester 8 years and it was the best hair cut so far and I have tried a few places. Will be going back. Staff are so nice and make you feel really comfortable and really relaxed. Anne was great, my type of person. Would love to spend a day there just for the fun of it. X”

“Having lived in Oxford for a long, long time I have only relatively recently discovered Anne Veck - it's relaxed but cutting edge, reasonably priced but very high quality. I know that Anne Veck has a reputation for great colour, but for me it's all about the cut - and I've never been disappointed. In fact, I love my stylist Maria so much that, when she moved to the Bicester salon, I followed her so that she could continue to work her magic!”

“I had an amazing experience at Anne Veck in Oxford. I was getting a colour done by Anne and cut by Tia. My colour for some reason didn't come out on my dark hair so Anne did it again and it came out beautiful. Even though it was a long process as my hair was so problematic Anne made sure I came out with a wonderful result that I was happy with. I loved the cut and Tia was so friendly. I have to say all the staff made me feel so welcome. I will most definitely be coming back.”
