“I have been using Keith Builders Merchants now for more than twenty years, and they are very much my 'go-to' company for many products, not all necessarily building-related. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and positive with their advice. There are other supply companies in the area, but it is important to me that I use a local company. Certainly, KBM kept going during the covid pandemic, whereas others went into hibernation, and I think that showed resilience and confidence in their ability to trade fairly and provide true value.”
