“That the people looking after the house and people contacted in the office were more than courteous and friendly. They were always instantly responsive to any queries we might have.”

“Made it extremely easy to book and were very proactive with advice just before our trip. Had a very good knowledge of this house and the other houses that they had registered. Would definitely book through them again.”

“Kitchen with its huge table was superb and bathrooms made life so much easier with young children. Beds were great too and the boys loved the games facilities.”

“Any queries by myself prior to the let were dealt with quickly and efficiently, Kate and Tom's could not have done a better job. The cautionary deposit was returned with no prompting, quite a relief! Thank you for everything Kate and Tom (do you really exist?).”
