“Beautiful house loads of space, very well equiped. Despite the weather being mediocre, we had an amazing holiday, lits to do for all the family,,the big Sheep, riding, golf, beaches, games if sardines in the house, tennis rable tennis, so much more. Even learnt to do the Floss! Thank you Hannah and Charles Hope to be back soon! X”

“We booked our stay at Birdsgrove House via Kate & Toms and were very happy with the service provided- particularly as I was booking from overseas. Birdsgrove House itself exceeded expectations- the house and grounds are absolutely beautiful and it was set up perfectly for us to enjoy as our own for the weekend. We hired it for a very important and special family and friends gathering so for it to deliver beyond expectation was a dream!”

“Holmegate House and Wing was a great place for a family holiday; well kitted out with loads of space and large garden. Swimming pool lovely and warm. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks Kate and Tom’s”

“Dealing with Kate& Tom`s was very efficient and thoroughly professional. I would thoroughly recommend them. The house and pool complex were amazing and thank you to Rachael for sorting out a problem so promptly.”

“Excellent accomodation, delightful grounds and plenty of diversions for young children. Possible improvements - more small sharp knives for veg etc, more mugs, more chairs in garden, gap in wooden kitchen table top sealed.”
