We stayed at lea hall for a birthday weekend we had a fab time But the house is shabbier than appears more 3 star than5 It needs a lot of money spending on it to be top notch

Great house- difficult to get hold of someone or the same Person- literally spoke to a different person each time I called which made it a little More tricky Thanks

When we booked, the information on the accommodation was slightly inaccurate. I think this may have improved now.

Website very clear, bright and attractive. Some of the customer contact was very good - friendly and informative. However, we found it very difficult to get information at a crucial time and found ourselves having to chase and follow-up. I suspect that work volumes had got the better of the team (victims of success?) but for the costs involved, I would expect far more pro-active information and definitely more diligent and timely responses to queries. The 'cottage' (Brunton House) was absolute perfection in every way, so much so that we are already looking to book it again for 2018.

I have to say acceptable, rather than good, as the staff were helpful when I spoke to them, but a little frosty. Not very good at returning calls & poor communication. Also I had been sent a room plan, information on King / Double & Twin rooms, when we got there, it was all wrong, this caused me some real issues on the day, & people had to sleep on sofas, which was not ideal.

Albright lodge was absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there. We were disappointed however that it was advertised as having a hot tub but when we arrived the owners weren't aware that we wanted one and said they would've had to hire one for the weekend at which point it was too late to do that. Finding a cottage during the booking process however was extremely frustrating. I went through 8 cottages at least that appeared to be available for our weekend, then had to wait for a response from the owners only to find out that they were unavailable. I wasted so much time on this and had to keep chasing for responses. Additionally the alternative cottages that were sent to me by agents at Kate & Toms were neither within the distance I requested or anywhere near our budget. After actually finding a cottage, the service was great.

It was difficult to get hold of people at the beginning and there was confusion with the price but once the first deposit was paid and the place was booked, kate & toms as a whole did make the rest of the process very easy.

Lovely property let down by the fact that none of the downstairs bedrooms had electricity (no lights or working plug sockets) there was also no hot water accept in the pool shower. Quite disappointing. Also big ball of mud by front door and litter in front garden. Not cleaned well enough. A refund in addition to the deposit would be welcomed. I await your feedback. If we had brought our children we would have been touch immediately. Kind regards. Mr. Will Coooer

Lovely property with a lovely garden with a pool that had a lovely temperature. Access to the b a half from back garden is a massive plus.

I booked Lambourn House for my hen weekend in March 2015. I found the website easy to use. Booking was a bit of pain as you have to wait for a call back. The issue with a holding/breakage deposit was very annoying ... they wanted 1k in cash ... transferred to their account! I refused and eventually they relented and accepted a cheque. The house looked stunning but it was not as high quality inside as we had expected - things like furniture being propped up by books, a broken fridge (fortunately there were two!) and a stone cold hot tub! The hot tub took a whole day to heat which obviously meant we could not use it. No apology from the owner who lived on site. The rooms were also not set up as requested. The space and set up was lovely as was the decor.

Mangerton House was fantastic no complaints what so ever. What Kate and Toms could do better. The return of the cautionary deposit in my opinion could and should have been returned sooner. We all went out of our way to ensure all bedrooms and comunual spaces were clean and tidy. This could affect my decision on weather to use your company in the future? Other than that I was very happy thank you

The property was in a good location however it didn't meet up to the standard of other properties we have stayed in with your company.

Everyone very friendly, however, I had to chase everything! Rarely called back when I emailed or phoned with a question. I always had to follow it up. Once I started speaking to Charlotte things improved.
