“Houses are well appointed and well looked after. House manager was relaxed and available if needed. Whole team were pleasant to deal with and accommodating to all our needs, this is the second week booked and already looking for another !”

“Excellent service, fast response to queries. Old Stone Barns far exceeded our expectations. We had a big family reunion weekend & everyone had an amazing time! Spacious, beautifully decorated & everything we needed for a comfortable, chilled out & memorable stay. Lovely part of the world too with fabulous country pubs & a steam railway close by. We couldn't have wished for more!”

“Orchard Farmhouse is a beautiful property - really comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and beautiful gardens with a fantastic hot tub. Showers weren’t very powerful but that is to be expected in an old property. It would have been helpful to know what was provided in the welcome basket so we could have avoided buying things like tea, coffee and bread! Would definitely stay again!”

“Our weekend break was easy to book, there was no fuss. Kate and Tom's were always available to answer any queries we had with the booking or accommodation. They were so much easier to deal with than a competitor that we have used in the past to advertise one of our own properties.”

“If anyone is looking for houses for large groups, I would highly recommend using Kateandtoms.com. Throughout booking for my Hen Do they have been very supportive, easy to contact and great value! They have a range of beautiful houses to pick from.
