“Excellent service from start to finish with prompt replies to any queries. We received a hand written note in the post prior to arrival wishing us a good stay and a scrap book to record our visit (a Hen Weekend) which was very thoughtful. The Reach caretaker made contact the day before arrival and was helpful with directions and arrival times. On arrival he was very thorough with showing us how things worked/where everything was. Kate & Tom's provided an all round professional and thoughtful service”

“Everyone I spoke to at Kate and Tom's was really lovely. Whether that was via email or on the phone. I always felt like I was valued and that everyone I spoke to enjoyed their job. It wasn't like dealing with the usual huge booking organisations. The property was top notch and so well equipped. I've stayed at a lot of holiday lets before and often they are underequipped for the number of people staying, but clearly that had been well thought through with Kate and Tom's! Keep it up and thank you!”

“Efficient during the booking process. Quick response at answering all questions. Also arranged a visit to house prior to stay. We met the house manger who was welcoming, friendly and informative about the house and area.”

“Cedar Grange gave us space in which to relax as a family, with plenty of choice of entertainment to suit all ages and independent of weather. The pool and sports centre were particularly enjoyed to the full!”

“I cannot think of anything that might improve the visit. Everything was as we anticipated and a real treat for my 80th Birthday and enjoyed by all my children and grandchildren.”

“I have used Kate and Tom’s now for 3 hen parties and they have been faultless. The communication is great and they are very efficient so booking through them provides a great experience, hence they are my go to for booking hens and we are now looking at also using Kate and Tom’s for weekend breaks not just for hens! I was also sent a ‘miss to Mrs’ guest book for the last hen which I have now filled with photos from our weekend at Sugnall Hall, a really lovely gesture from Kate & Tom’s- thank you to all of the team!”
