“We were very satisfied with Kate and Toms. We found them to be very helpful and always got back to us promptly. All paperwork and payments were dealt with efficiently. We mentioned a welcome pack - maybe this is something Kate and Tom should provide? We would certainly use them again.”

“Excellent service from start to finish with prompt replies to any queries. We received a hand written note in the post prior to arrival wishing us a good stay and a scrap book to record our visit (a Hen Weekend) which was very thoughtful. The Reach caretaker made contact the day before arrival and was helpful with directions and arrival times. On arrival he was very thorough with showing us how things worked/where everything was. Kate & Tom's provided an all round professional and thoughtful service”

“Everyone I spoke to at Kate and Tom's was really lovely. Whether that was via email or on the phone. I always felt like I was valued and that everyone I spoke to enjoyed their job. It wasn't like dealing with the usual huge booking organisations. The property was top notch and so well equipped. I've stayed at a lot of holiday lets before and often they are underequipped for the number of people staying, but clearly that had been well thought through with Kate and Tom's! Keep it up and thank you!”
