WTF? I have not yet recieved my item after 8 days and you ask me to review that? what an audacity!

Dear Soroush, We're really sorry to hear that you haven't received your scrubs yet. We parcelled the order up and despatched it to you on Monday 19 February. You placed your order on Saturday afternoon, but our despatch teams don't work over the weekend, which is why it was sent on the Monday. Our review invitation system is set up to ask you how you feel about your scrubs 7 days after the parcel has left us, which is normally ample time for you to have received them. Having checked the delivery tracking link provided via Parcelforce, your parcel is still waiting for you to collect it from your Post Office. A card was left for you with all the details. They will require you to take ID and the card when you go and collect. We do hope you are happy with your purchase, once you collect the parcel. Very disappointing. Managed to get the postage back on return although not easily and then still awaiting on refund even though they received the package over a week ago. Apparently they have a 3 week policy but when I asked if it could be earlier as I needed the money to order elsewhere I was told they have a lot of returns to deal with and even from people who have passed away!… very odd thing to say. Won’t buy from again

Unfortunately had to return the cargo trousers as very baggy and not what was expected I have previously ordered and was very happy with the scrubs however this order very disappointing

I made my first order on 22/10/2020 and no delivery until 28/10/20. I called for update and only to find out that the colour I ordered was “out of stock” but still showed in stock when I was ordering. Did receive an email saying After ordering that “we are getting your order ready”. No one bothered to inform me. Very bad service. Requested for refund.

Sizes were hilariously bad. Medium was equivalent to XXL - I could fit myself into the trousers twice, once into each leg. Will be returning them.

Had a parcel thrown in the garden ( I don’t allow parcels to be left) and my dog at the whole parcel as I have a very big dog. And even though parcel force have agreed its their fault and except liability Kara aren’t willing to claim for it to issue me a refund. I’m still waiting a reply from them.

We have tried to ring Claire to discuss, unfortunately the number she has give is incorrect. Also contrary to her advises from Parcel Force, we are unable to reclaim any of the cost of these orders back from the carriers, even if they were proven liable. As a gesture of goodwill we have offered to replace the goods ordered and would also be able to offer a full credit if preferred
Unfortunately, I am still yet to receive my delivery over a week following purchase. Parcel force have failed to deliver my items on two occasions despite someone being available at the delivery address, nor did they provide a delivery slip and therefore I am completely unawhere of the whereabouts of my delivery. I have also now had to pay an additional £5.50 for redelivery, despite Parcel Force providing a completely incompetant service. Because of this, regretfullably, even if I am completed happy with my items I would not order from Kara again because of this delay despite these being essential items for work use.

Your sizing is huge. I took the smallest size which I normally have everywhere and I could literally fit another person with me in the trousers which were supposed have a nice fit according to the picture. I’m not happy that I had to pay twice for postage and waste £8 because you don’t give accurate information on your website and don’t make products according to the world wide sizing standards and don’t provide a return label (according to your website) if the product is not damaged and the correct item was sent. This order was a waste of money and time.

placed order two weeks ago was advised 2 days to receive rang again four days later as not received was advised that didn't know why it hadn't been dispatched. emailed third and sixth of april still no order or response I was promise this order for 1st April. the money has been taken out of the account also we returned an order on 3rd april money has not been put back into our acount

Ordered in March, my credit card was issued on 15 th of March and still no parcel. GLS service delivered it in UK somewhere?!! Bad customer service, no parcel delivered and no money refund !

Very poor customer service. 1 to 2 days delivery took almost 2 weeks. Repeated phone calls regarding order status and false promises of delivery date. Unacceptable standard of communication and service.

Your trousers are available in the Kara Express range, however you clicked through from the non-Kara Express product listing https://karagroup.co.uk/wondertech-womens-straight-leg-trousers/, so the trousers were ordered in especially for you, which is why it took a little longer. Your order was placed on 25 January and arrived with you on 4 February which is a 10 day delivery and as you can see this is within the 5-15 days expected timeframe.
