“Miele replaced our coffee machine under guarantee and arranged for kabadoodle to instal it saying they would be at my house at 8.00am. At 7.17am they phoned to say they would be about 15 mins and they arrived as they said. They were two young men, exceedingly smart and well turned out and installed the machine very quickly. They took all the wrapping etc away with them, and left the kitchen immaculate. A real credit to your Company. M Taylor - Henley on Thames”

“Joe and David arrived at 7-30 am finished at 8-10 after fitting our new dishwasher.Were very good explained what they had done and left booklet on our new machine and left it running on a cycle for us.Mrs M Mitchell.”

“Dan H and Jack explained what was happening when they realised they'd been given the wrong oven. And Kindly replaced and reinstalled the oven they'd just taken out.”

“Friendly professional staff who knew exactly what they were doing. They were very efficient and kept me informed of what they were going to do and how things were progressing. After finishing an excellent job they tidied up and left with a smile. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“New boiler installation. Having booked Kaboodle to fit a new boiler we had a visit from Rob to survey and work out our requirements. Following that competitive estimate arrived and we were booked in very soon after. On the day Rob and Dan arrived on time and started working. Throughout the job they were both very efficient, they did a great overall job fixing issues we had with the previous installation and fitting the new boiler. Both Rob and Dan were very courteous and considerate throughout the job and something customers always look for, kept the job/site very tidy. Finally they went above and beyond the call of duty by staying on the final day until the job was complete ensuring they finished on the time. I would thoroughly recommend these guys or do a great job! Thanks to you both :-)”

“After not having washing machine for nearly 8 weeks because British Gas could not provide a decent service. Kaboodle sent the 2 Steve's to install my new washer. They was very professional, competent ,friendly and clean workers. I can highly recommend this company. From the time Julie called me to arrange my appointment to the washer being fitted all I can do is praise the company. I called Joe up to thank Kaboodle to say thank you for a great service by all.”

“The two gentleman arrived on time and with a smile. They completed the work efficiently, tidied up and even fixed a broken kick board. They explained the changes in the new model and ensured I had all the documents and tools that came with the wine fridge. Excellent service with a smile.”

“Two fitters arrived late in the day, having clearly already had a long day's work, but proceeded to replace our damaged hob in fast, friendly and highly efficient fashion. Providing them with a cup of tea and thanking them kindly for their service was the least we could do. They did a lovely job - photo attached.”

“Fitters arrived on time with new integrated SMEG washing machine. Despite it being a fiddly installation, the guys fitted it perfectly and were unfailingly courteous and friendly throughout the time they were here. I can't praise them enough. At a time when people feel the need to whine about everything, it is a pleasure to be able to give positive feedback for a service which was 5* in every respect”

“Replacement Miele integrated fridge freezer was delivered and fitted under guarantee by Jason and Wayne today very satisfactorily. We had been phoned by Kaboodle to say the appliance would be arriving this morning and that we would be phoned an hour before arrival. They did precisely that and we felt Jason and Wayne are a credit to the company.”

“Whilst it came as a bit of a surprise to receive a courtesy call at 19.45 the night before telling me to expect a start any time from 6.45 am (the installers actually arrived at 7.05 am and I did know that we were the first job of the day), the overall impression that the installers gave was that they knew what they were doing, had our best interests at heart and that they were more than happy to explain what they were doing and why. They were very tidy and provided a good hand-over/quick start guide, to the new cooker.”
