“They inadvertently delivered the wrong machine and were very good at putting the old one back and making sure that fittings etc were all good before they left. Pawel and George were extremely patient given that they had already had a bad day of other deliveries..”

“Steve and Steve were polite, professional and helpful. They rang in advance and took care to do a good job. However, when transporting the oven, they did damage the paintwork in my hall which was very annoying. I can only assume they didn't realise as I didn't see it until they had gone. Secondly the rubber seal on the oven had been repaired by glue. This was a new oven so it shouldn't have left the factory like that.......”

“Although the delivery was late the guys were extremely quick, efficient and polite, a credit to the team! Considering they left my house at 8:30 pm on a Friday with one more delivery to go, they were incredibly professional and good natured, and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the service.”

“Installers Dan H and Jack were on time, let me know when they were coming and were friendly. Hob installation was done very quickly, and the kitchen left neat and tidy after with the old appliance removed along with packaging.”

“Steve and Scott were very diligent in sorting out a Miele manufacturing problem to do with the electrical. They checked with Miele Head Office so that the necessary notes would be cross referred with the appliance. What could have been a frustrating delay was sorted out by them going the extra mile to keep the customer happy. Yes, I would definitely recommend Kaboodle in Stevenage for installation. Thank you.”
