“I placed my order with Jump for a pair of red Saltwater sandals. The package arrived on time in a lovely wrapped packaged (though the box was a little squished - possibly from the courier). You can see the care that goes into the outbound service. Thankfully I have had no need to engage in customer service for returns, but I'm sure it will be just as thorough.”

“The shoes came quickly and wrapped beautifully. Sadly they didn’t fit, I wasn’t sure if they would but as that was the only size they came in I thought I would try. But returns were easy and a refund was quick. Thank you”

“I recently bought a pair of Angulus boots from Jump. Sadly they were too tight for me so had to return. I rang the company to arrange a return and replacement. Oh, if only all companies had the personal touch that I experienced dealing with this lovely company. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Sometimes it is not always about the product, efficiency and customer service always make me want to return. Thank you Jump I hope to be back soon.”

“I was delighted with the customer received I from Jump. I had ordered with a short amount of time before heading away on holiday, when requested, Jump posted my shoes via next day delivery without any additional charge. They were packaged beautifully and arrived in time for my daughter to wear on holidays💕 On another note their prices are very competitive, the same VEJA I say in other sits for £95-£110. With Junp I got them for £55!! Delighted 😀 Will definitely purchase from Jump again”

“I ordered a “5” tshirt for my son’s birthday. First of all I thought the price was really fair as the tshirt is great quality and secondly I was so happy with the presentation. It came gift wrapped in a lovely bag. I will definitely be buying from Jump again. Thank you!”
