Ordered January, installed early May due Covid, during installation noted clunking grinding on the taps and working loose on Lisna Waters LWWB02 1350 x 1350 Whirlpool & Airspa Bath. Contacted JTSPA, passed onto Lisna Waters (not good) & Steam Shower store (ok). They communicate quickly but not always with clarity. They suggested plumber should just tighten taps as loose in transit. This was a design flaw in the taps themselves, after numerous email new taps sent out and warranty extended by 6 months for good will, same problem with taps. They requested videos of issue which I made and also addressed the issue of a poor quality product with excess silicone sealant all around glazed front of unit. New taps arrived end of June, plumber installed only to find the same problem again but also noted a leak under the bath from the bath pipework. Another email to highlight the issue and they blamed the leak on me as it hadn't been reported before. The bath hadn't been filled before so no leak would have been noted?! So now I have an £1100 bath which leaks after filling it with clunky taps no refund or exchange offered, only thing offered is new taps and extended warranty on a bath thats already not fit for purpose. This is not even mentioning the 2 extra days required for the plumber to fault find and try to fix their problems. Do not buy this product or use JTSPAS, shower store or any other affiliation.

I would not deal with this company again delivery was so slow and communication non existant had to cancel order and go else where been waiting 5 months for £1700.00 refund now !

Not a company to deal with, customer service and product knowledge none existent. The bottom control is the hot/cold control, did not work straight out of the box. Explained problem, they sent the direction valve, which is the top valve. They sent another along with video, video for a completely different unit. The unit they sent was a hot/cold unit but had no screw thread to fix it in. I complained again and they said I had to pay for a new valve, which I did to get the job moving. After 1 month of messing about and many hours fitting etc I now have a working shower but they refuse to refund my money for the faulty valve. You have been warned

Apologies we had sent over the product manual for the exchange from teh manufacturer as the item sent was incorrect, however there was not any additional payment for the replacement this was sent free of charge and advised to dispose of the the original item if not needed, additional instructions from the product manufacturer was sent and and mentioned thankfully installed and working correctly for you

The manual delivered with Lisna Waters Ohio is a garbage with no relation with this product.

Thoroughly disappointing service. Poor communication. Item finally arrived on the 3rd occasion it was promised. Have raised dispute via my credit card provider as J T Spas were not remotely interested in the disruption or inconvenience their poor service caused.

Customer Service was appalling from the 2 workers they have there. They continually lied about what was happening with my whirlpool bath, were unable to advise me when the bath had been collected from the whirlpool factory by the courier company, they didnt know that their own courier company only delivers weekends despite them offering delivery on working days only. For supposed customer services representatives they were useless and I only had delivery of my bath when I was eventually given the courier companys details and I was then able to deal personally with the MD of the courier company, who to be fair were fantastic with us once we spoke to them. J T Spas couldnt care less about when we were getting the product even though they had taken full money from us, and just washed their hands of the whole situation, I was even hung up on by one of the customer service representatives, as she said there was nothing further she could do, even though she had apparently spent 3 days trying to organise delivery of our bath and she was unable to so, whereas i managed to do so within 40 minutes of speaking to the courier company!!! When the product came it was missing the pop up plug that i had purchased, and also the RCD circuit breaker was not fitted to the bath even though their own website says that it is a feature of their whirlpools and must be fitted by law. As I write this we are still currently awaitinf a refund for the 2 missing items. I would advise anyone to steer well clear of this company, and dread to think what might happen if my bath doesnt work or breakdowns once fitted as they have no customer care and have no idea about their own products.

I bought an expensive bath tub with whirlpool steam and other features, but the showers started leaking after an Year and the whirlpool motor stopped working. I contacted the customer service and it was very poor response in handling the fix. I had to pay 100 pounds for an engineer to visit, but no one turned up on the days told. I had 2 year warranty for the product, but they still didn’t fix it yet. I’m really disappointed in the way my case is handled and the poor quality of the product.

I have furniture from Ikea with a better finish. Spent over £900.00 on a unit only to find out it was second hand, disappointingly only noted after unit was fitted. Even the drawer handles don't fit.

Had an auful experience with JT Spas. Order meant to be delivered Friday at the latest to then be told it would be here the Tuesday after to find that actually it was now going to be Wednesday first thing in the morning and even the delivery was late on the Wednesday. Bad customer service would never use JT SPAS again! We have now had to pay for 3 days extra work for our plumber. We have had great service from other suppliers and the service we have recieved from JT Spas is appalling. Don't even bother. Go else where!

Delivery driver arrived on four separate occasions with our order and expected by partner to help him unload the order from the van and search for our order as well Unfortunately although we unpacked the items and checked them, when our plumber came to fit the shower tray it was damaged. A small chip that had obviously not occurred during transportation. Rang the company and they refused to replace it but eventually said they would but not whilst our plumber was doing the work, it would be delivered at the end of the week, I rang on a Monday. We had waited a year to find a plumber who was available and therefore had no choice but to order another shower tray from another company. We were on holiday whilst this was going on, on my return I contacted them to ask if we could have a refund, the answer was no!! They delivered the wrong loo seat, an extra cistern and all of this has cost me both time and money contacting them regarding supplying faulty goods and not reimbursing the customer it is outrageous!! They directed me to the 48 hour policy but we received our order over several days not on the same day therefore how can one check an order when you receive it over several days. They also took money for an item that they couldn't supply and we informed them that we would purchase it elsewhere. We are still waiting for our replacement loo seat and our plumber has now finished to work with another client. Would I recommend this company, NO!! Would my plumber recommend this company, NO!! However, what they do supply without any damage is good quality. I also think that they need to review their 48 hour policy, storing large items safely in a home requires you to leave some of the packaging on, and in our case this is how we missed the small chip!! We are on a tight budget to renovate our property and it is such a shame that I have to write such a negative review.

Placed an simple order for Mere Sink , spent two days waiting for delivery that didn't show up got phone calls to inform me of delivery dates , but no phone calls to tell me that it wasn't coming , customer services useless full of excuses , I`m in the trade and have posted my reviews about this company on all trade associations , even when you complain you don't even get a reply!!!

Placed an order with Jt Spas for a bifold glass door and side panel which I was told could take up to 10 days to be delivered. Waited just over 2 weeks with nothing delivered before making contact. It took me 4 phone calls over 3 days before I finally got the answer that the order would be delayed for a further 2 months due to supply issues. It then took a further 5 calls and 1 week of waiting to get a refund. Awful customer service, would never use them again and I found a better product at a cheaper price which arrived in 4 days with Victoria plumbing. Do not use JT Spas

I ordered a basin and cabinet on 3 feb and told delivery was 12 Feb, but no show. After calling I was told delivery was 17/18 Feb and the cabinet arrived on 18th but no basin! I have been ringing every day since to chase the basin , 24th today and promise that is will be sent but watch this space

Ordered a towel rail and had a conformation email, did not receive further email. I emailed twice and had no reply. I phoned six times in two weeks and kept being fobbed off, eventually it arrived. Rubbish company and would never use again.

We are really sorry you had a bad experience in regards to your bathroom order being delayed, but are happy to hear you now have your bathroom towel rail. The transport company used had mis-routed the order. Since the transport company could not locate the goods we re-dispatched with another Express Courier and will not use the other courier again.

DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY OUTFIT. They take your money then do not deliver as promised The bath i ordered was a week late, they delivered the wrong panels and when they stated they would deliver replacements........you've guessed it they failed to show up. This company is more suited to feature on rogue traders than anything else. DO NOT USE THEM.

Really Sorry, the transport company used let down on this occassion. New procedures were put in place our end to try to stop the transport company making these mistakes. We are also now using another transport company since this review and with the new procedures in place have made a huge difference to ensure less transport related issues like reported.
