“I bought Karin Herzog's chocolate moisturiser which is fabulous, especially if you have sensitive or sensitised skin. Karin Herzog products are difficult to get, but John and Ginger always have them. Their customer service is excellent! One of the products I ordered was discontinued but customer service contacted me and offered alternatives which arrived promptly. I would highly recommend buying from John and Ginger, they have a good range of brands and their service and delivery is excellent.”

“After I placed the order I was contacted by a representative to advise that the product wasn't available and was offered a refund. I chose to wait until the product was available. It eventually arrived with a number of samples enclosed which was appreciated.”

“I am unable to write a review of the effectiveness of the Amika dry shampoo purchased because the spray mechanism is so stiff that I am unable to push it down far enough for the product to spray onto my hair.”
