“The lotion smelt like fish, it had a nasty unpleasant smell.”

It is a very popular OPI product and we haven't had any complaints about this Avojuice during the last 10 years that we have been an AUTHORISED OPI Stockists. “I ordered this cream to aid a skin condition I was suffering with so needed it ASAP. The cream however took weeks to arrive and when I tried to track down my order there was no trace of the order in my history. The only proof I had was my paypal payment.”

Dear Customer, we are sorry to hear that your parcel didn't arrive as quick as you were expecting it. Unfortunately, at that time the snow in the UK stopped many parcels getting to their destinations on time as many roads were too dangerous for the Royal Mail vans. Please remember that if you need the product to arrive in 1-3 days, we suggest to choose our Premium or Special Delivery service rather than our Free Standard delivery. “Sadly the Elemis musclease oil I purchased I believe was old stock It had a stale oil smell to it , I did compare it with another at my local champneys and the smell was totally different I phoned to complain but was told I would have to return it at my Cost for them to check the oil I did not follow it through as it was too much hassle I won't shop there again after services sales rubbish”

Dear Customer, we have weekly deliveries from our suppliers to keep our stock fresh. As you might understand, it's difficult to be sure that 100% of the products that we receive weekly are not faulty. It is very rare that a product is faulty, but it does happen. We regret the fact that it wasn't clear that you didn't like the smell because the product was faulty, as soon as we had more details, we offered you a free return and a refund, but we didn't hear from you after that. “J&G are always quick to get their orders out, often putting in a couple of extra samples as a treat, and on the rare occasion I've had to call them with a problem they've been an instant help. This, together with their good prices and offers, is why I keep coming back! I primarily buy Dermalogica from J&G. As official suppliers you know what you're getting, and I love giving new products a try by choosing them as my free samples. Don't ever change John and Ginger!”

“Over the moon to fine this beauty website-firstly I made a phone call and the lady was so helpful with me nothing was to much trouble-she was about to go home too as I was late in phoning up. When I did place my order I didn’t have to wait that long at all,and it was beautifully packaged with free samples too-there prices are the best I have found too!!! Shall certainly be shopping with John & Ginger again and wished I lived near so I could go and have a facials etc there.”
