“I used Decleor products for many years and when I learned that L'Oreal had taken over Decleor I started to use cheaper brands. Worse mistake. I have now returned to Decleor and am so happy. My face like the rest of my body is now 80 and wrinkles are a factor at this ripe age but I am looking after myself as best I can and my face looks younger and I know is better niourished. Thank you John and Ginger - the best. You are always available for advice. Your parcel arrived the very next day. I am so pleased.”

“Ordered a 200ml medik8 cream cleanse, when it arrived it was 175ml. When I called I was pretty much told it was an old photo and that medik8 had changed their sizes and basically I could either keep it or send it back. No real apology, just I had got a discount and basically should be happy with that. Not great customer service.”

Dear Customer, I'm sorry we didn't have the very old version of that product in stock. Our stock is always very fresh. The image was updated as soon as noticed. You enjoyed a big discount when you bought it in the first place with a voucher, then we replied, apologised by email and by phone, then we gave you the opportunity to send it back or to get an extra discount on the top of the original discount you had, as that size has been totally discontinued. After talking to you we believed you were happy with our service and the little price you paid in the end for that amazing product.
