“Order not arrived. Contacted the company and supposidly waiting on the courier investigating and they will keep in touch with me every step of the process......This was 2 weeks ago and never heard a thing. Not good.”

Royal Mail attempted delivery, but as no one was available at your address, the tracking information shows your order was delivered to a neighbour, confirmed with GPS data and photographic proof. “This was my first purchase from John And Ginger & I was really impressed! I was looking to buy a specific product & it was available on the site & at a great price. The communication throughout all stages of the ordering & despatch process was excellent. The parcel arrived exactly as expected & was very well packaged.
