“A great site to get some great bargains. Personally, I would only recommend buying new products as you are covered and will get a refund if the item is damaged in transit etc. Buying customer returns really can be hit and miss, you cannot get a refund on any damaged goods. I've brought a few customer returns but they are returns for a reason. 1 item was completely smashed, another item had been taken apart and pieces missing, they need throwing away so don't be tricked by looking at the photos in the bidding, they are just catalog photos and won't show you any damage. Sometimes you get lucky with products unopened, other times the product may have been used for 6 months, its a chance you take. New products on the other hand are very good, and to be honest sell at near the same price of returned goods. Good delivery times, great for reselling.”
