“Overall the process was quite simple. I requested quotation prior to placing the order but when I put through the order and paid by card I was contacted by your accounts department a few days later to say that due to an issue on the website where they do not recognise NI postcodes we were not charged for delivery. This meant another card transaction and I thought this was misleading information.”

“Before ordering I had some questions about what was included in the price they were very helpful. Once I placed my order they called me to let me know that it was not all in stock, they offered to send out what was available and send the out of stock out once they were available. I did not do this but all my items arrived when I was told they would. It is nice that they took the time to call me and let me know what was happening.”
